Neutral witches, when wearing normal clothes and a normal hairstyle, will appear as almost completely normal Sims. The only known visible difference between neutral witches and normal Sims is that neutral witches have a tiny transparent yellow sparkle behind their right ear, which can't be seen easily.

The winner is determined by the level of their spellcasting skill, and will gain a positive moodlet , while the loser will gain a negative moodlet, each lasting for 3 hours.
